- Abstracts for symposium must be sent till 15.07.2014 and full papers till 24.09.2014. Papers can be sent in Turkish, Azerbaijani, English, Indian languages. 250 word English abstract also must be sent (Writing rules will be declared for those, whose papers are accepted).
- Participation fee is 150 Euros.
- Size of posters must be 50x75 cm.
- «Turkic arts» exhibition will be opened within the symposium. One art work can be submitted to the exhibition. Tradition or the plastic arts, free theme exhibition, which one with the work may be submitted (without glass and frameless way will work the short side of 50 cm, the long side of 80 cm diameter. Any damage by Cargo is not responsibility of the exhibitor).
- The attended participants from Turkey (paper or work of art) will pay 1200 Euros (participation fee-150 Euros and flight tickets-breakfast-dinner-accommodation- transfers); those who personally will not join and send a poster or work of art pay 60 Euros (No refunds will be made).
