Stanford U.S.-Russia Forum Application 2014-15

This is the application for students who wish to participate as Delegates in the 2014-2015 Stanford U.S-Russia Forum.

In addition to filling out this form, be sure to upload your resume (labeled Lastname_Firstname_Resume) and transcript (labeled Lastname_Firstname_Transcript) to http://dbinbox.com/USRussia. Applications will not be considered complete until resume and transcript are uploaded!

The program is open to both undergraduates and graduates from any university in the United States or Russia. For Americans, prior exposure to Russian culture or study of the Russian language is not necessary. Proficiency in English language is MANDATORY for all. Other than that, SURF does not have any prerequisites for the program and recruits delegates from all fields of study.

Note that this is a Google Form, so there is no way to save your responses if you want to leave the page before submitting. Type up your responses in Word or another text editor, then copy and paste them into the blanks below when you are ready to submit.

Applications are due by June 16, 2014 at 5:00 PM PDT. This Stanford U.S.-Russia Forum will review applicants on a rolling basis, so applications submitted earlier are given priority.
